I wanted to take a minute to explain a new signature service we will be using called Sigstr.
Sigstr will allow our marketing team to centrally control employee signatures to ensure that company branding is consistent, and that the most relevant campaign is highlighted in every email sent. Please see my signature for an example.
Why does this matter?
- Sigstr adds consistency and professional branding to each email.
- Every email drives attention to what’s most important to our business.
- Email is our most frequent touch point with customers and prospects. Each of us sends over 30 emails a day on average. This is a tremendous opportunity for our team.
The great news is that Sigstr leverages G Suite's API so your new signature will automatically pull in the latest updates in Sigstr.
Once we are ready to launch, you may receive an invitation to update your Sigstr profile. The invitation will provide you with an opportunity to validate or add personal information within your Sigstr email signature.
As soon as you can, please install Sigstr's Chrome Extension. Once installed, you will be able to serve targeted, 1:1 promotions in each email you send and you will gain visibility into which email recipients are engaging with your campaigns.
